Equal Opportunities West is accepting applications for volunteer Board members
 
    • Meetings take place once a month
    • Meetings are approximately 1-2 hours in length
    • No meetings are scheduled for July, August or December unless required
 
Be an active and contributing member at Board meetings. Board members are responsible for directing the management and affairs of EOW, including reviewing financial statements, reviewing policies and setting strategic direction of the organization. 
 
Equal Opportunities West (EOW) is a non-profit organization that began in 1979. EOW offers a daytime program for adults with disabilities that provides: 
 
    • Work opportunities and employment skills development
    • Recreation and physical development opportunities
    • Socialization, life and personal skills development. 
    • The program has 89 adult participants and 29 employees.
